CEC announced that the situation in Dibra, before the early local
elections that will be held tomorrow, seems better now that most of the polling stations have withdrawn the materials. 68 are still expected to
arrive.
However, CEC says the legal deadline has not been respected, and this will influence all other procedures regarding the preparation and organization of voting centers.
Until 14:00, only 17 Voting Centers had withdrawn the materials. CEC Spokesperson appealed political parties in a press release to not continue with delays.
