With an unanimous vote, the Central Election Commission allowed Flamur
Celaj (SMI) and Edmond Zejno (PJIU) to become Parliament Members and
replace MPs Selami and Tahiri.

CEC Chairman, Denar Biba, explained that the decision entered in effect immediately, while lawyers of former MPs filed lawsuits at the Administrative Court against this decision.

CEC decided to appoint Armand Teliti, former Director of the Civil Registrar, as one of the technicians who will work with the voters’ list.
