CEC postpones closing time for polling stations

The Central Election Commission decided to postpone the poll station
closing time with one hour, after low participation was reported
throughout Albania.
The decision was taken with six votes in favor and one against.
Until 16:00, 36% of the people had voted in a national scale.
After 18:00 there was an incresae of the flux of people going to polling stations.
