The post-election verifications required by tha opposition were released today, revealing the party commissioners are risking prison sentences as they stucked their hands in 95 percent of the ballot boxes, distorting the votes of the candidates.

The head of the CEC Ilirjan Celibashi said that from the verification of 10 percent of the ballot boxes, it results that in 40 polling stations the difference changes with 10 to 20 votes, while in 19 polling stations the result differs with 80 votes.

Celibashi: “Obviously we are dealing with a criminal offense, which we will address with the prosecution.

“From the investigation of votes for political entities, the violations found remain only in the range of human errors.

“From the intersection of data from biometric identification devices, 1 thousand and 6 suspected cases were ascertained.

“20 commissioners will be accountable to justice, as they have their fingertips in two polling stations.”

The format of the ballot paper reportedly confused the Albanians on April 25, causing them to choose not only the wrong candidate, but also the political subject.

Only 6 months after the April election process, the CEC gave an official answer to the record number of 80 thousand invalid votes found in the parliamentary elections, of which the opposition DP objected.
