The Central Election Commission decided to terminate the parliamentary mandates for MPs Aqif Rakipi and Gledion Rehovica, respectively from the PJIU and SMI.
The Prosecution General brought facts proving that they were involved in criminal events in Italy, and had omitted their second names from the decriminalization declaration.
The verdict passed with five votes of the CEC members.
