The Chairman of the Albanian Central Election Commission, Denar Biba,
reacted after the Agrarian Party made an appeal against the Election
Date at the Court of Appeal.
Biba said that the request of the Agrarian Party cannot be legitimized, since their party registered without a list of candidate, and after that they made a request to unregister. For this reason, they cannot be considered as an electoral subject.
