The Central Election Commission started 2018 with a review of a very important matter.
This Commission reviewed the request of the Prosecution General for removing the mandates of MPs Aqif Rakipi and Gledion Rehovica, accused of having lied in their decriminalization application.
The MP of the Socialist Movement for Integration, Gledion Rehovica, was represented by lawyer Ardian Visha.
The MP of the Party for Justice, Integrity and Unity, Aqif Rakipi, was represented by lawyer Theodhori Sollaku.
CEC decided to demand additional information from the Prosecution within January 5th, 2018, when the commission will gather again.
