The Prosecution has announced the causes of the tragic accident that
took the life of the Democratic Party Parliament Member, Sokol Olldashi.
Experts say that the cause of the accident was an imprudence committed
by the driver.
Another circumstance that has caused the accident, according to experts, was the lack of side barriers in that part of the road, helped by high speed and bad weather. In that section and under those conditions, according to experts, the vehicle should have been at 20 kilometers per hour.
The lack of road signs is another cause, according to experts. They say that a vertical sign shows a left turn, but there is no horizontal sign. The last cause, according to the Prosecution, is also the fact that the driver had not used the safety belt. The Prosecution states that the law has also been violated by the Road Ownership Entity.
