Be careful when you sell your used phone or when you buy a used one. One
man from Tirana is being investigated, because his phone has been used
for the murder attempt of the Vlore Prefect, Besnik Dervishi.
Since the investigations are focused on the man that had this phone earlier, and used it to detonate the explosive, Prosecutors have found the owner.
The man is from Tirana, and the police found him while tracing every SIM card used on that phone. Sources said for Top Channel that the man has sold his phone on the black market and told Prosecutors that he doesn’t know the buyer.
Prosecutors have found out that the SIM card belongs to an old man from Vlore and has been activated on December 4th. This citizen has also declared that he has not been using the SIM, and had no information about who had activated it.
For Prosecutors, the only hope is from the phone companies who might find out the movements of the cell phones with a specific SIM.
