Cannabis seized in Kakavija, trafficker arrested

The Kakavija police have seized 46 kg of narcotics this Thursday and arrested the trafficker on the act.

Police say Ridvan Stankaj, 37, from Shkoder, was caought with 53 packages of cannabis sativa, 46 kg in total.
