Cannabis seized at the Albanian-Greek border

650 kg of cannabis sativa were seized today by the police at the Albanian-Greek border between Qafe Bota and Igumenica.
Sources from the Greek Police inform that five people have been arrested, two Albanians and three Greeks.
The drug was hidden in a truck in Saranda and its destination was Greece. The truck was escorted by a few other vehicles.
The Greek Police were able to arrest the drug traffickers and started the investigations for identifying the other persons involved in the drug traffic.
