Candidates for the High Council of Prosecution announced today

The Administrative Commission of the Prosecution General, which verifies
application criteria for all Prosecutors who run for members of the
High Council of the Prosecution.

The Commission made of five members verified the names of those who are eligible to run for members of the high Council of the Prosecution:

1. Anila Leka- Prosecutor at the Prosecution General
2. Kostaq Beluri- Prosecutor at the Prosecution General
3. Ramadan Troci- Prosecutor at the Prosecution General
4. Luan Kaloci- Prosecutor at the Tirana Court of Appeal
5. Bujar Hoti- Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal Durres
6. Arben Dollapaj- Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal Shkoder
7. Besa Nikehasani- Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal Shkoder
8. Adriatik Cama- Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance Tirane
9. Antoneta Sevdari- Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance Tirane
10. Arben Nela- Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance Tirane
11. Dritan Rreshka- Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance Tirane
12. Shpetim Kurti- Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance Tirane
13. Besnik Muci- Prosecutor at the Court of Serious Crimes
14. Gentian Osmani- Prokuror prane Gjykates per Krimet e Renda
15. Besnik Cani- Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance Elbasan
16. Elsion Sadiku- Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance Korçe
17. Dritan Prenci- Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance Kukes
18. Arta Marku- Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance Shkoder
19.Vate Staka – Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance Shkoder

The law foresees that the High Council of the Prosecution will have six of its members coming from prosecutors, of which one has to be from the Prosecution General, two from the Court of Appeal, and three from district prosecutions.

The Council will have 11 members in total, five of whom will be outside the prosecution ranks.
