Campaign, Berisha: Tensions to be avoided

Prime Minister Sali Berisha urged to avoid any kind of tension during May 8th local elections.

Berisha declared on today’s government meeting that these elections should be a victory for every Albanian citizen, and that the political banners are the flags of pluralism.

“The State Police has taken all necessary legal measures against any kind of infringement. I appeal all police agencies to treat any abuse with zero tolerance”, Berisha declared.
