The Albanian Acting Foreign Minister, Gent Cakaj, declared from the Ministerial Meeting of the Council of Europe in Helsinki, Finland, that they need to find ways for reinforcing the Council of Europe, an organization that is based on protecting the human rights, democracy and the rule of law.
