Businesses demand President to return law for Commerce Chambers

18 business associations asked President Bujar Nishani to not decree the law for Commercial Chambers which passed in Parliament.

According to them, the law has not been consulted with groups of interest. The most opposed article is the obligatory paid membership at the Chambers of Commerce, on district level.

The letter says the Constitution is violated, since it clearly states that participation in organizations and associations is a right and no obligation. The same thing, according to them, is sanctioned by the Civil Code.
