Buna River sends remains to Montenegro

Waste materials thrown on the Drin and Buna rivers have made the urban
remains of the Albanian cities get transported to Montenegro. The Ada
Beach, in the border of Albania, is covered by products with Albanian
tags.

There are waste materials starting from plastic bottles and even vehicle parts, all littering the tourist area in the border with Albania. The Buna waste materials have spread them in a wide surface, creating the impression of a dump site.

Buna receives water from Drin and the Shkoder Lake, and it crosses three states: Kosovo, Macedonia and Albania. This has made its water full of remains. The pollution can be seen only at the Montenegrin side, where the Buna River currents push them.
