The Association of Albanian Builders says in a press release that the security of the constructions built after the ‘90s has been tested and that their stability was enough to face this powerful natural disaster.
The association has verified that the damages caused on new buildings has only been in internal separating walls, which aren’t used to bear the structure’s weight, and never in the outside structure.
The Builders’ Association said that they are ready to offer their assistance for bringing new law amends that could change the entire legislation and organization of building inspection structures.
