Budget 2015 approved. Excise for energy drinks reduced, not removed

The Albanian Parliament passed the Budget 2015 with 81 votes in favor and three against.
The MPs passed the financial draft proposed by the government, which foresees 475 billion ALL in spending and 415 billion in revenues.
A few days ago, the budget received the certification of the IMF, which says that the budget makes it impossible for a quick economic growth. Albania will start reducing the public debt in the next year after this budget.
Besides the budget, the Parliament also passed tax increases on oil, cigarettes and secondary incomes, bringing 16 billion ALL more, or 160 million USD.
As for the excise of energetic drinks, the government decided to not remove it but reduce it to from 50 to 30 ALL per liter.
