Kosovo has not shown any result in the fight against corruption. This is
the appeal of the British Ambassador in Kosovo, Ruairi O’Connell, who
published the report for the corruption level in Kosovo on the
International Day of Democracy.
“Kosovo keeps facing the problem of the fight against corruption, which should be a priority. The results are shameful, unacceptable”, O’Connell declared.
He considered it shocking that a huge number of citizens accept corruption. He underlined that it is not normal that public officials are involved in scandals and get no punishment.
