British Ambassador: “Authorities are investigating article of the Guardian”

The British Ambassador to Tirana, Nicolas Cannon, referring to the
article of the British newspaper “The Guardian” for the high number of
trafficked children from Albania. He confirmed there is an increasing
number, mainly boys from 15 to 18, and said the British authorities are
investigating the data of the Guardian, since they are not certain how
real they are.
The ambassador reminds parents that letting minor children travel alone is a criminal offense, since it is seen as abandonment.
