Britain: No to Kosovo division

Great Britain openly opposed the option of dividing Kosovo, which is lately circulating in Belgrade.
This stance of official London was presented by UK ambassador in the Serbian capital, Michael Davenport, who considered these declarations as a deconstructive approach.
“Both parties should take seriously the dialogue and challenges that bring improvements in the life of both Serbians and Albanians”, Davenport suggested.
The option of Kosovo division was reinforced recently by First Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, who considered it as the most real solution of Kosovo status.
But Prishtina has replied negatively to this proposition, declaring that changing borders would not end with Kosovo.
