Both parents of a 6-year-old died today in the Qerret beach, while
trying to save their son. The couple was around their thirties,
residents of Qerret.
The Police say that the child entered the sea and was taken by the waves, although he wasn’t far from the shore. The parents rushed to save him and witnesses say they were able to save the child but not themselves. They were both taken by the waves.
Passerby beachgoers sent the child to hospital while doctors are keeping him under oxygen, since he still shows breathing problems.
