Body found outside Tirana identified, victim had defrauded apartment buyers

After long examinations, the police were able to identify the body found in the Dajti Mountain. The victim is Vasil Biba, 36.
The 36-year-old had disappeared two years ago, after he had defrauded several persons. He was wanted by the police for financial fraud.
Vasil Biba had sold the same apartments to more than one person, several months ago.
This will make the work of the police even more difficult, since the lawsuits against him are many.
