The President withdrew his decision to block the appointing of
Ambassadors. He decreed Bardhyl Canaj, Albania’s representative in
Israel. Top Channel has secured the decree and the signature of the
Albanian President.
Canaj was one of the three names proposed by the government and that the President had refused to decree (Visar Zhiti to Vatican and Fatos Reka to Macedonia), saying that the Foreign Minister had not consulted him first.
But after the firefight in Kumanova, the President decreed Fatos Reka in Skopje. However, Canaj’s decree at this time remains unexplainable.
