The Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, inaugurated the Dibra Road
and accused the opposition leader and former Mayor of Tirana, Edi Rama,
of robbing the property to the Tirana citizens.
Berisha declared that he guarantees the citizens that the legalizations will be concluded within this year with the new prices.
“The Democratic Party has decided that 70% of the legalization value will be paid with treasury bonds. This is a maximal facilitation. No government in any free country, and no Prime Minister or Parliament can give away the property that belongs to someone else. There is no court in Albania or Strasbourg to accept a government that gives the property of one private subject to another private subject. This is one of the most immoral lies that Edi Rama is giving for your votes, and to tell you, as he did in Rrushbull, to return where you come from. I guarantee you that the legalization will be realized within this year with new prices, where 70% of the value will be paid through treasury bonds”, Berisha declared.
