Today’s session at the Investigative Commission for the CEZ affair was
not normal since the beginning, when the former Prime Minister, Sali
Berisha, summoned as a witness, refused to take the oath or show his
generalities.
“We cannot dishonor the oath in front of an ordinary liar. You don’t have the moral authority and the credentials to take any oath since you have been sentenced for slander”, he told the Chairman of the Commission, Taulant Balla.
Their conflict continued for four hours, while the former PM spoke about the achievements of his former government and accused the current government of corruption.
The testimony was declared invalid.
