The Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, will appear in front of the
media only when the ballot counting process will be completely over.
Express newspaper in Kosovo had said that the Democratic Party and Prime Minister of Albania would hold a press release to accept the loss.
The Kosovo newspaper quotes a Democratic Party who had anonymously declared: “Berisha will accept the June 23rd elections, our loss”, according to Express.
“Express” also quotes Democratic Party sources saying that the Prime Minister did not appear and accept the loss so that the Democratic Party Commissioners would abandon the ballot count, which would increase the victory of the Socialist Party.
