The Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, declared that in the next
mandate building the country’s infrastructure will still be a priority,
until it will be complete.
Considering every kilometer of paved road as one kilometer closer to development, Berisha also mentioned the construction of remote villages, such as the Trene village in Diber, which will directly profit with the construction of the Arber Road. Berisha promised to finish it within the first two years of the next mandate.
“There is no development without roads, and agricultural production is threatened and loses value. Business cannot grow without roads. We still have many roads to build, but I can guarantee that us who built these roads, will build every kilometer everywhere in this district. I guarantee you that the Arber Road has a major priority”, Berisha declared.
The Democrats have won 4 out of 6 Parliament Seats in Diber and plan keeping this result, because as Berisha says, despite mistakes, his government has done everything possible to guard the citizens’ interests.
“In the territory of this district we have signed concessionary agreements for the construction of 80 hydropower plants, which will employ thousands of citizens in the Diber district. This is our alternative and the model for which we invite you to vote. We cannot say that our path ahead is easy, and that we haven’t made mistakes in the past. But we declared that we stand to our promises very seriously”, Berisha declared.
