Berisha: Rama will bring ruin

In the conclusive meeting campaign in Korce, the Albanian Prime
Minister, Sali Berisha, asked the vote of the citizens so that the
development projects can go ahead. Even in Korce Berisha spoke about
increasing wages and pensions in the next mandate.
“The victory of the June 23rd elections is the victory of our efforts for more development. In the next mandate we will increase wages for the citizens of Korca and all Albania. The average salary will be 700 Usd, and the minimal salary will be 300 USD. The public sector salarieswill increase with 75%, but the biggest welfare will be based on massive employment of the Albanians and the citizens of Korca”, Berisha declared.
He accused Rama of promising only ruin for the Albanians.
“The leader on the bus mentions the word ‘ruin’ on his meetings. He says ‘grandfather’ and ‘grand-grandfather’, but he never mentions ‘wages, pensions and economic assistence for the unemployed’”, Berisha declared.
The Prime Minister leader mentioned another accusation for the opposition leader that starts from the United States: “Mr.Rama, the most powerful man in the United States Congres, the Chairman of the Foreign Commission for Europe and Asia, has asked an investigation on you for a money laundering of 80.000 USD. This is the truth. Explain this, because there are no jokes with the United States’ justice. The Albanian citizens deserve to know the truth”, Berisha declared.
After accusing Rama of hiding his assets, the Prime Minister invited the Korce electorate to vote for the Democratic Party on the June 23rd elections: “The June 23rd is the day of your dream, of your enthusiasm. It is the future, welfare, progress and European integration. Forward!”, Berisha declared.
