The high voltage substation in Zemblak for the construction of the
southern energetic ring, From Korca to Saranda, is an important step
twoards development and economic growth for the Prime Minister, with the
energetic security has a great role.

According to the Prime Minister, international institutions are confirming each day that these are right policies followed by his government for protecting the Albanian economy from the European crisis.

“The World Bank confirmed yesterday that the Albanian economy resisted to the crisis. This message came after a similar message from the European commission and Bank of Albania, showing that unemployment in Albania reduced from 13.3 to 12.8, and they recognized the achievements in all other countries around us and wider”, Berisha declared.

“According to the Prime Minister, the reconstruction of infrastructure has an undisputable role in reducing unemployment, and part of this was the new Miras-Bilisht road. This is one of the areas with a high production in our country. The Prime Minister invited the Korce citizens to not be deceived from the declarations of the opposition leader, Edi Rama, who said that prices will get lower by reducing the VAT of five basic food products.

“Removing VAT to wheat means not being worth it to plant it anymore. Do you think that wheat price will be lower? Absolutely not. The reduction of the Domestic Production only increases prices, and the billionaires of the Socialist Party now want to build their dream on the food monopoly. My fraternal appeal for you is to vote for protecting your goods, the fruit of your hard work”, Berisha declared.

What offers the Democratic Party for increasing the buying power by the citizens?

“Who goes towards Europe must accept that prices will increase. The government is obliged to increase wages, pension and economic assistance. Our policy is to increase wages in 700 USD, the minimal wage to 350 USD, your pension to 150 USD”, Berisha declared.

The Prime Minister invited the farmers to vote this Sunday for the Democratic Party, the program of which offers protection and increased production.

“Sit down and discuss the scheme through which we return the oil excise in cash. We pay in cash the returned VAT on machineries, seeds,  saplings and chemicals. We will increase grants with three times. We will build roads, aqueducts and irrigation systems. Is there a bigger support than this? Tell us if there is. But if you can’t find any, vote this project, reglardless of your political convinctions”, Berisha declared.
