Berisha: More investments

The Albanian Prime Minister, Sali berisha, held a meeting with businessmen at the Kombinat area, Tirana.

During his speech Berisha declare that in the last four years Albania has absorbed 1 billion of USD annually, a process that according to him will continue in the next four years.

“In the last years Albania has received 1 billion USD anually. We are ready to take every step so that in the next four years we can reach 6 billion USD of investments”, Berisha declared.

According to him, this is a real figure, because Giant investments have been foreseen for Albania. The Government leader specified that only the Devoll cascade has a 1 billion USD cost, while the Trans Adriatic Pipeline will bring employment and chances to use gas widely.

“Industrial parks are being built. Our main goal is employing the Albanian people, and their welfare comes second. This is a success story”, Berisha declared, opposing the progresive tax that the Socialist Party plans to implement.

“Progressive tax means less money around, inability to increase pensions and fewer jobs”, the Prime Minister declared.

Rama: Berisha Divides Albania

In a meeting with the Ishm residents in Durres, the Albanian Prime
Minister, Sali Berisha, accused Edi Rama’s policies for removing food
taxes as a decision that will bring the ruin of the local production. 

“The only goal of this promise is to create food monopolies. Food is the product that gives more benefit than anything else. If there will be a group of billionaires, the your investments for expensive cows, spending in factories and olive trees gets thrown away in vain. What happens? We turn into a republic of services. We turn into a republic where people depend on suppliers, not their own muscles, their lands or their businesses. This is the opposite way to development”, Berisha declared.

During this conversation Berisha admitted that crime rates have been slightly increased, but on the other hand he valued the high rates of resolved cases by the State Police.

“I guarantee that we will undertake another more detailed police reform. We could increase their number, but we will do everything to consolidate a public orders as the Albanina citizens deserve.

Reconstruction of Civil Authority

During the inauguration of the restructured building of Civil Aviation Authority, which mounts up to 55 million ALL, The Prime Minister noted that the platform that the Democratic Party is presenting in this campaign is that of kept promises. He also used irony against his political rival, Edi Rama.

“After losing every battle against me, now he has started the age battle. I need to use a word of Ronald Reagan. ‘I’m not responsible that he is immature’”, Berisha declared.
