In a meeting with the right centered youth, Prime Minister Berisha
underlined what he considered colossal changes in these 20 years for
Albania, especially the reforms established during his government, such
as the improvement of the infrastructure, the tax reduction, the
increase of wage and pensions, the attraction of foreign investments,
the tourist potentials, the construction of the hydropower plants and
the increase of the number of students and the projects that offer free
internet for them.

|According to Berisha, this efforts is based on the aspiration of the Albanian youth for becoming part of the European Union and for making Albania a developed country.

But however, according to Berisha, Albania has an interior political problem, which is the opposition’s will to block the integration process.

By mentioning the history of the relations with the opposition since 2009, when the opposition leader refused to recognize the election results, Berisha said that the reason why Rama is not giving consensus for the reforms asked from Brussels, is that Rama thinks that by blocking Albania’s European progress, he will gain political capital.
