The former Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, reiterated the
official line of the opposition, with accusations against Prime Minister
Edi Rama regarding the Justice Reform.

Berisha accused Famtir Xhafaj of having ties with the crime.

“The reform has had a ferocious opponent, and this is Edi Rama. The reform process is on corruptive bases. He appointed experts and individuals with conflict of interest. Fatmir Xhafa is a representative of the drug clans with papers. He drafted competences that has only the Minister of Justice in Northern Korea. Omnipotent and omnipresent, to become minister of judges anbd prosecutors. Xhaa declared his brother in law, Sokol Berberi, as super-judge. The oldest one at the Constitutional Court will take a leading role for directing the verification institution. Dvorani made an article for himself, saying that the older judge at the Supreme Court takes a position there too. The older there was the SP militant, Dvorani”, Berisha declared.

The former Prime Minister accused the majority of avoiding the Venice recommendations by drafting a law for robbers.

“Rama and Xhafa started working to make a draft while Venice was recommending a working method that was used for decriminalization. After preparing the second draft, the experts of the opposition were faced with a done deed”, the former DP leader declared.
