The former Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, said that the past 300
days showed the ties of the currnt government weith the crime.
According to Berisha, the Doshi-Meta conflict and the hiding of a drug trafficker in Frroku’s vehicle, added to the flagrant violation of the decriminalization agreement, is what shows that the government is protecting candidates with criminal records.
The US State Department report, according to Berisha, was due to an effort of the US ambassador to Tirana for opening the decriminalization process that serves to the Albanian citizens, an effort that has come as well as from other friendly countries, according to Berisha.
He accused the government of failing in the economic asopect and referred to the fact that IMF refused to give loans.
