The Albanian former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, writes that the new
government has violated the Constitution with its three first decisions.
Berisha writes that with the decision to remove the portrait of the Albanian President, the government violated article 106.1 of the Albanian Constitution.
The Socialist Parliament Member, Erjon Brace, has reacted immediately after on Faceboo, saying that he has verified the article that Berisha is quoting, and it is not 106.1, but an article that doesn’t mention what Berisha was quoting. That article talks about the obligation of the Prime Minister and other Ministers to stay in duty until the new government is created.
Berisha writes on his facebook profile that the Constitution has been violated even with the repealing of the law for importing foreign waste materials, saying that the law cannot be repealed with just a government decision.
