During the conclusive electoral meeting in Klos, the Albanian Prime
Minister, Sali Berisha, invited the citizens to vote for the Democratic
Party alternative which according to him will offer more employment,
welfare, improved infrastructure and aims to integrate Albania in the
European Union.
Berisha reiterated that the Democratic Party aims to increase wages for teachers to 700 USD, and the minimal wage set to 350 USD, with pensions no more than 150 USD. He also promised to increase the well being of the Albanian citizens.
“We promise to make grants for farmers three times bigger. We will give the property titles for six months, and will continue with our European Union integration path, and the path for the visa liberalization with the United States of America”, Berisha declared.
