The Socialist Party Parliamentary Group appealed for measures to be taken against Sali Berisha, former DP leader, who quoted from the podium the verses of a song: “Boys, go grab your guns. It’s death or freedom.”
“The Parliament must review our request for banning Berisha. His appeals for violence from the Parliament’s podium are considered illegal by our Constitution”, said the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group leader, Taulant Balla.
The Parliamentary Group leader for the Democratic party, Edmond Spaho, said that some patriotic songs couldn’t be illegal: “The majority is in a comic and tragic situation. They are scare by popular protests”, he said.
