Belgian documents about Frroku’s murder accusations

Top Channel secures Belgian indictment for Mark Frroku and 4
other persons, accused for the murder of Aleksander Kurti on March 5,
1999 in Brussels.

In the file of the Belgian Prosecution sent to the tribunal in 2009, Mark Frroku has four aliases. Besnik Morina born on October 6, 1972; Dritan Frroku, born on October 6, 1972; Dritan Frroku born on July 2, 1969 and Pirro Soforani born on July 2, 1969.

The Belgian file sheds light to a fact previously unknown in Albania. According to the Belgian Prosecution Mark Frroku was arrested and sentenced three years in the Netherlands.
After that, on May 7, 2004 Frroku was detained, but two months later was released.

On March 5, 1999 at 17:54 the police in Saint-Gilles found the body of young man in agony at the entrance of Gare Du Midi metro station nr. 47.
 
After Nikolas Kurti was contacted, he explained that the young man is his brother Aleksander Kurti, born on January 13, 1975 in Albania. According to Nikolas his brother had disagreements with someone named Ben, that based on the Belgian indictment is Arben Frroku, the older brother of the three Frroku brothers, pimp of the prostitutes Lume, Mira and Zana.

Nikolas Kurti declared that Arben Frroku gave the order for the murder of Aleksander Kurti and he was executed from his brother, Mark, (Besnik Morina).
With these proofs the Belgian Prosecution sent the file to the tribunal for the five defendants of this case, Mark Frroku, Besnik Vuka or Aleks Vuka, Arjan Bytyçi or Hilë Joka, or Hilë Mirona, Lekë Bibë Djafa or Lekë Qafa an Alfred Kola. On January 10, 2010 the judge sentenced each of them 10 years in prison.
