The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, met with former political prisoners and said that the communist crime in Albania was the harshest one in Europe, but it is even more serious trying to hide its tracks.
Basha said that justice cannot come from the prosecutors.
“Don’t expect justice from Edi Rama, communist investigators such as Fatmir Xhafa, Gramoz Ruci or the ‘revival’ o crime. Edi Rama honours dictatorship killers and his purpose is to glorify it”, the Democratic Party leader underlined.
“We are drafting a law with assistance from the German Social-Democrats and the Conrad Eidenhauer Foundation, and we will be asking the Parliament to undertake all legal measures for finding the remains of those who were executed without a trial”, Basha declared.
