The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, visited the residents of Rreze, Kruja, where dozens of families are still living in tents, because their homes are inhabitable.
“The 150 million USD that the government is giving to oligarchs, should be immediately used for the residents hurt by the earthquake, and who are living today without a roof upon their heads”, Basha said.
“Fortunately, the village did not have any victim, but almost all homes are inhabitable and the government hasn’t taken any measure so far, no assistance, no tent or food”, Basha declared, adding that concrete and urgent steps need to be taken, since their situation is getting worse by the cold weather.
