The leader of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, met with the Political
Director of the Austrian Foreign Ministry, Jan Kickert, and the
Director for Western Balkan, Johann Sattler.
Basha updated the Austrian diplomats with the concerns of the opposition. He said that the country is making steps back and the democratic standards are being undone, by damaging the future of Albania.
According to the DP leader, the recent elections had massive vote purchases and pressure on electors, involvement of the public administration in the pressure scheme and running of people with a criminal past.
According to the DP leader, the bad governing of the current government is bringing dramatic consequences to the economy.
