“Basha, treated as a minister”

Lulzim Basha, the Albanian opposition leader, will be treated by the
Albanian embassies equally to the Rama cabinet Ministers when he will
travel abroad.
This is proved by a memo initiated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ditmir Bushati, sent to all diplomatic agencies of Albania. This is the first memo signed by Bushati as Foreign Minister, and it says that he has instructed all diplomatic representatives to treat the Albanian opposition leader abroad with the same protocol that is used for the Albanian ministers.
The letter is dated September 19th, 2013, and holds the signature of the State Protocol Director, Ermal Dredha.
While on this Friday, a letter was sent to the Albanian opposition leader, Lulzim Basha, through which he is informed about this order of Minister Bushati.
For this memo to be implemented, we as Mr.Basha to bring his itinerary to the State Protocol. This action comes after the declarations of Prime Minister Rama for treating the Albanian opposition differently from what they were treated by the Berisha government.
