Basha reports floods with facts, demands Emergency Situation declared

The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, decided to be the cameraman and provide evidence for the floods in Shkodra.

He published a series of images with citizens complaining that they have no attention from the government and want to declare the emergency situation.

Two days ago the opposition leader was in the flooded areas and met with the Commission of Emergencies in Shkoder, where he said that failing to declare the emergency situation will bring criminal and legal consequences.
