The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, said from Elbasan that Edi
Rama is looking to drive the wheel of a motorless vehicle.
“I will not be the Prime Minister of Facebook words, but the Prime Minister of your problems. In 10 days of campaign, Rama hasn’t mentioned economy one time. He didn’t mention employment”, Basha said.
“Did he keep any promise in Elbasan? Which of you found any job these four years? Which one has businesses paying fewer taxes?”, Basha said.
The DP leader used his personal experience to say that every young Albanian deserves a chance.
“As a Utrecht University student, I had the chance thanks to my hard work. I had the highest references at the international organizations I was working for. My big lesson there is that Albanians love hard work. Give them a chance, and they will excel. Now it is my time to work hard so that every citizen has more chances”, the DP leader said, presenting to the Elbasan citizens the economic plan which aims lowering taxes and support local producers.
