Basha: Rama has blocked Tirana

The Mayor of Tirana, Lulzim Basha, accused the Albanian Prime Minister,
Edi Rama, of intentionally blocking the budget of the Tirana
municipality, making it impossible for any work to be concluded.
The Mayor inaugurated kindergarten 35 in the Albanian capital, which was reconstructed with funds of the municipality. According to Basha, this place will offer the highest standards with heat, food and education.
Tirana’s budget has remained blocked for the past three months, because it wasn’t voted in February. The Tirana Prefecture blocked it, saying that it is not clear. They have demanded a review for the expropriation fund after protests by owners where the new boulevard of Tirana will be built.
