The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, accused PM Edi Rama of
intentionally blocking the opposition’s request for an international
investigation of the CEZ affair.
Basha sid that the robbery through the CEZ affair is the biggest for the Albanian people, because it is about 600 million EUR that have been disappeared. Basha said the Prime Minister blocked it fearing the truth.
Basha underlined that all of this is done for a small group of people who are going after investments, public spending, tenders and concessions.
Promising to repeal the law that imprisons farmers and that expropriates landowners for a second time, Basha appealed for a massive participation in the December 8th protest.
Basha criticized the budget 2016, approved in Parliament, and called it the budget of physical and psychological torture.
