The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, declared in a meeting that when in power, his party will no longer continue the current fees and taxes against the Albanian people.
Basha said that they will zero tuition fees for low-income families.
“Our plan is to zero tuition fees for families earning under 64.000 ALL a month. It will be half for those who earn more than 64.000. There will be modern labs and well-educated teachers. The government will pay 30.000 ALL a month so that you can start a profession. You will be able to work with private companies on your second year of university. This is a German model, not a model that we are making up. So that the budget’s money can be used for the youth, not for thieves”, he declared.
