The opposition will insist with the higher education law amends. The
opposition leader, Lulzim Basha, congratulated students throughout the
country for the new academic year from the Korce University.
Basha accused the majority for passing an education law secretly, due to the high fees. According to Basha, the number of students will be the lowest because of this law.
The opposition leader said that one of the key points for higher education is opening new programs. He accused the government of failing to keep promises.
