Basha on Top Story: “Mogherini encourages, but doesn’t decide for EU negotiations”

The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, declared on Top Channel’s
“Top Story” that the declarations of Federica Mogherini are just to
encourage the judiciary reform, but the integration is not decided by
one person only.
“The meeting with Mogherini was helpful. I had the chance to tell her why we need a technical government. The negotiation accession are not decided by one person only. All countries need to agree. Every Albanian knows the EU has established five criteria”, Basha said.
He continued to appeal for “a new republic”, underlining that this is a project of all Albanians.
