Basha on Facebook: “30 million USD missing from budget”

Opposition leader Lulzim Basha published the figures of the Ministry of
Finances for the revenue plan, and says that there are 30 million USD
missing. “This is the official confirmation for 200 million USD of
smuggling, corruption and theft in customs and tax offices”, Basha
writes on Facebook.
The Ministry of Finances declared that the budget review was necessary for the economic growth and for adopting to the new division of the local territories.
As for the lower income from taxes, Minister Cani stood to the arguments given earlier that they are due to the increased GDP in agriculture and energy, and due to the dropped interest rates in the banking system.
